5. Payments & Wallet
All transactions may be processed through GloAfrix Wallet or approved payment partners. Currency conversion may apply.
6. Order Fulfillment
Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders. Delivery timelines vary based on location and logistics partners.
7. Returns & Refund Policy
Buyers may request returns within 3–7 days depending on product category. Items must be unused and in original condition.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, personalized items, and digital services are non-returnable unless defective.
9. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 3–10 business days.
10. Dispute Resolution
GloAfrix provides a dispute resolution system to mediate between buyers and sellers.
11. Fraud & Abuse
Any fraudulent activity will result in suspension or termination of account.
